McCarran International Airport is a mile east of the southern end of The Strip. Some hotels run free shuttle buses for guests. From the airport, a taxi costs from $15 to $30.

Sadly, Amtrak trains don't serve Las Vegas, but Greyhound's long-distance buses certainly do.
