The original Coyote Ugly Saloon opened in New York City in 1993. The bar proved to be such a sensation, that a movie was made about it. Then a second Coyote Ugly Saloon was opened in Las Vegas in 2001, located in the
New York New York hotel.
Much of the entertainment and fun is provided by beautiful female bartenders, also known as ‘Coyotes’. Most of these bartenders are usually professional dancers and entertainers who do a boot-stomping dancing on the bar, light their breath on fire and pour drinks right down your neck... the makings of down-to-earth, friendly South American service.
